Had a great time at Rachel’s AromaYoga workshop today. The class was so relaxing and just what my body needed on a Sunday morning!

So good to learn about what different essential oils can do for your health. Rachel was great at leading us through the workshop and really made me feel at ease, suggesting alternative positions for me if I found some too difficult.

I loved Rachel’s AromaYoga workshop at Total Health West Berks. The class was super relaxing and my sister and I really enjoyed the essential oils element of the session. Rachel was really knowledgeable about the adjustments the different people in the class could make to make the most out of the session.I’m definitely going to come back!
I attended one of Rachel’s London classes a few weeks ago and it was fantastic! She was so calming and relaxed and created a lovely atmosphere for everyone to take the class at their own level/pace, with options for alternative positions. Everyone should go!

I adore both Rachel’s yin classes as well as her aroma and chakra workshops. She creates a safe haven where you can let go of any worries and enjoy being in the moment. Rachel guides you through every step and position, encouraging you to actively listen to your body and its needs. She is a genuine, warm and kind person, a supportive teacher and an incredibly knowledgeable yogi. I highly recommend all her classes and workshops... especially post injury, her classes are where it’s at!
